If you want the latter, you must first acquire much in life. This means achieving goals and having goals, acquiring knowledge and making discoveries, building up relationships and becoming part of the community. You will then find that you can continue to desire little in life.
"Desiring little" means that our desires don’t have to be complex or complexly complex. We can simply desire to do something and do it well.
